Episode 40: Should You Save Sex for Marriage?

Episode 40: Should You Save Sex for Marriage?

It has been the traditional Christian ethic to save sex for marriage, but is it worth it? Will saving sex until marriage be a decision you regret? In this episode, Jacque and Megan discuss:

  • Does God call us to save sex for marriage?
  • What is the purpose of sex?
  • Does our biology tell us to wait until marriage?

We also address some common objections we have heard against saving sex for marriage and what our personal thoughts are.

This is obviously a touchy issue for many people, and we would love to hear your thoughts! If you have questions, additional thoughts, or even objections, feel free to reach out to us on our Instagram or by email

Episode 38: Common Caricatures of Catholicism

Episode 38: Common Caricatures of Catholicism

In this episode, Jacque and Megan discuss five common misconceptions or caricatures of what Catholics believe:

  1. Papal Infallibility means that everything the Pope says is true/binding.
  2. We worship Mary. We think she didn’t need to be saved.
  3. Saints have their own power or are on the same level as God.
  4. Catholics believe in work-based salvation.
  5. Catholics don’t read the Bible. Catholics put the Magisterium or Tradition over the Bible.
